1. Introduction

Welcome to Uni Clean. We are pleased to offer professional cleaning services adhering to the highest quality standards. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions, so please read them carefully.

2. Definitions ​

  • Company: Uni Clean Cleaning Services.
  • Client: Any individual or company requesting services from Uni Clean.
  • Service: Includes all cleaning, disinfection, and sanitation services available through our platforms or via direct contact.
  • Booking: The request submitted by the client to benefit from Uni Clean services.

3. Booking and Payment Policy ​

 Service Booking:

  • Services must be booked in advance via the website or phone, specifying service details, location, and preferred date.
  • Booking confirmation is subject to the availability of work teams on the requested date and time and payment of the agreed amount. ​

 Payment

  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or accepted electronic payment methods.
  • Full payment is required upon booking confirmation for services valued at less than 10,000 SAR. If the service value exceeds 10,000 SAR, the client must pay 50% upfront upon confirmation and 50% upon completion of half the work, unless otherwise agreed. ​


 Taxes and Fees:

  • Prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy ​

 Service Cancellation:

  • The client may cancel the service at least 24 hours before the scheduled time without additional charges.
  • If canceled within less than 24 hours, 20% of the booking amount will be deducted. ​

 Refund Policy:

  • Any payments made will be refunded according to the cancellation policy stated above.
  • If the client is dissatisfied with the service, they may submit a complaint, and we will review the possibility of compensation or re-performing the service.

5. Service Delivery Terms

 Service Quality:

  • Services are executed by a professional and trained team.
  • The company uses safe and internationally approved cleaning products. ​

 Client Responsibilities:

  • The client must provide a suitable work environment for the cleaning team, ensuring the removal of any obstacles that may hinder the service.
  • If there are any valuable belongings, the client must secure them before the service begins, as the company is not responsible for the loss of personal items.
  • The client must inform the company of any special requirements or delicate materials before service starts.
  • The client must ensure the availability of water and electricity at the service location, as the service cannot be performed without them. ​
  • Cleaning is limited to accessible areas; the team will not move or relocate furniture.  
  • Cleaning services do not include personal belongings such as household utensils or clothes inside wardrobes. ​

 Force Majeure:

  • Uni Clean reserves the right to postpone or cancel the service in the event of uncontrollable circumstances beyond our control.

6. Complaints and Dispute Resolution Policy ​

 Submitting Complaints:

  • Any complaints must be submitted within 24 hours after service completion, either via email or phone.
  • All complaints will be handled seriously, and efforts will be made to provide a satisfactory resolution. ​

 Dispute Resolution:

  • If a dispute arises, the client and the company will attempt to resolve it amicably.
  • If no resolution is reached, the dispute may be referred to the relevant authorities as per local regulations.

7. Privacy Policy and Confidentiality

  • We commit to protecting client data and will not share it with any third party without prior permission, except for legal or security purposes when necessary.
  • Client data is used solely for service improvement and communication regarding requests and special offers.

8. Amendments to Terms and Conditions

  • Uni Clean reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
  • Clients will be notified of any major changes via email or the website.
  • Continuing to use the service after modifications indicates the client's acceptance of the new terms.
